"Eve was a great help in buying my first home. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Eve had me look at a number of places, to make sure that I knew what I wanted in my home. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a folder with information about home buying and lists of lawyers, inspector, etc. that she recommended. The information was very helpful and made being a first time homebuyer less daunting. Every time I called Eve, she made sure to get back to me in a timely manner. When I needed my seller to fix things in my house, Eve stayed on top of all the issues and made sure that everything was done. She is always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Eve to anyone who needed a real estate agent!"

"We were first time home buyers and unfamiliar with the process. Eve made the whole process very easy. She explained each step clearly and continually prepared us for future steps. She is very knowledgeable and a great negotiator, everything you could want in a realtor. Lots of people complain about how difficult the home buying process is but we found it surprisingly easy. If you are reading this you should definitely choose to work with Eve you won’t regret it."

"Eve has got to the be the most dedicated and patient person I have ever know. She worked with my husband and I for 9 months before we found our first home. As busy as Eve was and still is, she followed through on everything and always called back or responded quickly to emails. I don't often recommend people because typically I am not impressed with the service I receive, but Eve went above and beyond for us. We were so fortunate to have found her.... I keep reminding my husband that I was the one that looked up real estate agents and called her :-)"

"Can't say enough good things about Eve. She is very Knowledgable,Friendly & Professional. She always returned calls in a matter of minutes. Any question you had she would know the answer. We were looking for a new home on a quite street for our 7yr old (didn't have that on route 20) . In a matter of 2 months our house was sold and she made our dream a reality,a quite street with lots of kids for our 7yr old. He made new friends in the first 10 minutes of being in our new home. Thanks to Eve she was able to make this move so much easier for him/us by working her magic to get us into the home we all wanted."

"During the time the house was on the market, Eve sent us comparitive values of other houses that were listed within our range.

Our home was used as a summer home for 35 years. We live almost 200 miles away and Eve was more than helpful in coordinating a fire inspectioin, recommending a contractor for insullation, whose work was excellent and reasonable. Eve was always available by phone or computer.

We are so grateful to find a person like Eve in the community to help us with a fast sell of the house, since we are not in the area."

"Eve and I have been working together for the last 1 1/2 years. She hit many a brick wall with the bank trying to sell my house and she kept going. I don't think I know anyone who would have continued on. She definitly went above and beyond the call of duty.

"Our first meeting with Eve Crampton to discuss selling our home proved to be positive as we could see how in depth she has educated herself further and further into her degrees of real estate, what a skillful saleswoman she is and how savvy she is. Ultimately, we gave Eve the challenge of trying to coordinate selling our home with finding us a home to purchase (meeting some finite specs).Considering these volatile times in the market this task was tough. As the weeks past by just when we were getting disheartened Eve, having a close hand to the pulse, came up with options, suggestions and tips to keep us going. You certainly don't have to agree with all of a realtor's advice, but if you don't keep an open mind with Eve, you could let opportunity go right out the window.In summation we have great confidence in Eve Crampton's abilities,(knowledge and experience) and appreciate her personableness.Our house was shown alot, I mean alot, and numerous open houses to no avail. Eve is a very very hard worker and remains undaunted. "My brother, sister and I hired Eve to sell our parent's home. My parents had died within 6 months of each other and our sentimental attachment to our childhood home was more than evident. Eve was very respectful and compassionate during the whole selling process even when emotions were running at their highest. The property consisted of a lot of land with a house and an adjacent extra lot. Eve was able to sell the extra lot separately which allowed us to market the lot with house in a more favorable pricing bracket. Eve was honest and patient with us. She made this really hard process much easier."
